Takashi Noda started his career at KPMG LLP in silicon valley office since 2016, April. He has engaged in audit service for U.S. public companies and Japanese subsidiaries according to US GAAP and IFRS. He has also engaged in IPO preparation work by support for governance structure of venture companies, mainly focusing on manufacturing, IT, software, and mobile game, etc. In 2019 January, he has joined Frontier Management Inc, and engaged in both domestic and cross-boarder M&A deals. He has been involved from Pre-M&A to its closing. Focused on mainly manufacturing, IT, human resources, etc. Experienced in market research, long-lists, financial modeling, valuations, preparation of carve-out financial statements, etc. In 2023 May, he joined 15^th Rock.
