Shusuke Sakaguchi started his career at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, engaged in corporate sales and dealing operations. In corporate sales, provided solution-based services primarily focused on debt finance for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises as well as securities companies. Subsequently, transferred to the Global Markets and Treasury Unit through an internal recruitment program. As a dealer, gained widely experience, managing the bank’s overall portfolio, including Japanese Government Bonds, Equities, and Rates, as well as trading operations involving Rates and FX. Additionally, participated in new projects such as launching a new graduate recruitment team for the Global Markets and Treasury Unit, then joined 15th Rock.
