Tetsu Nakajima’s started his career at Toshiba’s R&D Center, where he was involved for eight years in wireless communications research, standardization of international standards for wireless LANs, and semiconductor chip development, and filed. dozens of patents.

In 2009, he joined the Innovation Network Corporation of Japan(INCJ) and was involved in investments in robotics, IT and software in Japan and the US. Using his engineering experience, he provided hands-on support to his investments leading to multiple exits, including a public listing and an M&A transaction.

In 2016, he Joined Mistletoe and served as Chief Investment Officer from 2017, overseeing investment activities in 14 countries.

He has a network of leading investors and entrepreneurs in Japan, Silicon Valley in the US and Europe. He also holds a master’s degree in engineering from Hokkaido University’s Graduate School of Engineering, and a master’s degree from the Globis Graduate School of Management.
